With The Tiny Wolf Post, each envelope includes a heartfelt letter, an original art print, a nature story, stickers, and a few surprises. It's called "snail mail" because it celebrates the slower pace — something tangible to wait for, in a season of childhood that goes by too fast.
We send out The Tiny Wolf Post around the 15th of every month. US members should receive it within 3–8 days of sending, and international members will receive the letter within 2–6 weeks. If you sign up before the 15th, you'll receive that month's letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
If your Tiny Wolf Post doesn't arrive, reach out to us at hello@thetinywolfpost.com and we'll make it right — either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Sometimes letters bounce back to us, so we usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for returns before resending. We'll also contact USPS on your behalf if needed.
Yes, always. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your personal subscriber portal. No emails needed, no questions asked.
Yes — we ship to most countries globally. We are unable to ship to countries on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list. Due to customs regulations, stickers are not included in international shipments — but we tuck in a little something extra in their place.
